I created this infographic using Affinity Designer. I used several tools, such as the Shape Tool, Pen Tool, and Text Tool, to arrange the text, images, and other design elements. Affinity Designer helped me create a clean and organized layout. I also used different images, shapes, and typography to make the information about smoking easier to understand and more interesting to look at.

For the composition, I used a simple and informative infographic style. I chose beige, white, and red as the main colors to create a calm but strong visual appearance. The title “STOP SMOKING” is placed at the top to immediately attract attention. I divided the information into two main sections: the effects of smoking and ways to prevent it. I also added illustrations of lungs, a heart, cigarettes, and smoke to support the information visually. At the bottom, the message “QUIT SMOKING, START LIVING” acts as a strong closing statement.

The most difficult part of creating this design was arranging all the elements so the infographic stayed balanced and easy to read. I had to carefully adjust the size and position of the text, images, and decorative elements. Choosing the right colors and making sure the text was clearly visible was also challenging. Through this project, I learned more about layout, typography, color combinations, and visual communication while using Affinity Designer.
